She worked previously for CBS Sports, Fox Sports. Kolber is a Pennsylvanian native who received her master's degree from the University of Miami. Kolber's first job was as a journalist in New York City as a CBS Sports video coordinator. She won an award for a Local Sports Emmy during her tenure with WTVJ-TV located in Miami. She worked at WPLG-TV, Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. The station was selected as anchor for ESPN2 at the time that the channel first came on air. After three years with the network, she quit ESPN2 and joined Fox Sports. In 1999, she was re-admitted to ESPN and serves as the host of "Monday Night Countdown'.
